Pabooba pix Redux

Can you believe we had to leave the pool to pee?
TISNF!!!

Heckle & Jeckle, Pabooba style

Poor George befriends the birds.

And Mindy thought HER swans were pure evil. Hah.

CP prepares for his maiden parasailing voyage.

Freaking out just slightly.

Too bad the camera couldn't catch me shitting my pants.

Having to vacation with colleagues is made easier
by the knowledge that we aren't the fattest ones on the boat.

Some stupid buoy or something in the upper right
disturbed my otherwise pristine water + Poor George shot.

Poor George. He doesn't get enough pictures taken of him.

Tacky mall. Cool photo.

Poor George is quite pleased with himself over this shot.
I think I look like a doofus.

CP nurses a sunburn.

Poor, poor George.

Bye.

yeah! I'm so glad you chose not to suck on those sour grapes! You should gorge yourself from the corporate trough whenever the opportunity arises.

Happy peeling. I'm with Poor George - My people are peeling peelers too.

Was your authoritative wave in the last photo enough to stave off the evil advancing waiter? Parasailing's a blast isn't it? Scary but so quiet and beautiful up there. Until the rope creaks. And you think of sharks.

I think the birds are looking at PG like, "Human, if you come one inch closer, we're going to shell your eyeballs like lychee nuts."

Lovely pictures!

I would dig me some parasailing. Looks fun.

And I spy some negative space signage in that tacky mall photo! Would you have any photos that are a little closer of the mall?

I'd love to include it one of my stupid blogs!

Funny you should mention that Alan; just after that bird photo was taken one of those very birds attacked our friend Jen and pulled her hair. PG had to intervene. I love it that other countries aren't as concerned about lawsuits as our own - makes life more interesting.

Splotch, just looked and it's the only neg signage space picture sign I have. Will keep it in mind for you.

You are one good looking dude CP. Either that or you photograph well :-)

PG is such a cutie, I just want to hug him.

Glad you guys had fun, you deserve it!

It looks wonderful, and thank you for taking me along on a virtual vacation to Aru . . , oh wait Pabooba.
It's freezing cold and raining here, so it was well received.

I love those photos. I give you credit for para-sailing.

Those parrots--were they just cute and entertaining, or did they have a scary streak? We used to have a parrot who was just charming as hell until he bit you in the face.

OMG,I would never have noticed that buoy in the background if you hadn't pointed it out! Poor George's ensemble matches the ocean. I think it's one of the things that makes the photo so pleasing to the eye.

GrizzBabe said...

Oh, and you can probably Photoshop that buoy out.

I love the photo of you in bed with a sunburn. You look very sweet and tired. I've seen that face before, but usually only after a loaf of cinnamon toast.

When you coming back? January? January?

wow it looks so pretty there. Nice Photos. I did the parasailing thing but found it rather boring I want to go skydiving next

Jeez, Coaster, you almost let a smile escape on the first parasail pic. At least you could've thought about your coworkers and neighbors freezing back home and gave a little schadenfreude-laced grin ; )

what a kick ass vacation. I want to be you and poor george. The parasailing-- every word. I would've been a panic-stricken nutcase. was it fabulous? terrifying? both? spill.

I just got back from my friend Tracy's classroom; she spent her break in Bali and is totally sunburned, so I asked if I could peel her. All of her fifth graders squealed in horror as I ripped a sheet of skin off her arm and pretended to ear it.

eat, not ear. ear would be weird.

Adorable. I, also love the sunburn pic. I just want to smear aloe on your nose and tuck you in.

Should of had a camera with you up on the paraglider! Those pictures would have been awesomer.

Hey!!! The spousal unit and I ate at that same restaurant in Aruba! And I remember that tacky mall too. Wasn't the water dreamy warm and calm?
