Looks lovely but I have no idea what concasset is and I'm too lazy to look it up. Sounds swanky.

If I send Poor George a plane ticket and a grocery budget, will he come cook in Minnesota for a week? We have a comfortable guest room and good knives.

When PG goes to MG's house in Minnesota you must be sure to notify me so I can crash there too.

He DOES have a lovely guest room and a marvelous kitchen.

Good Lord! I'm living on balogna and reimen noodles and you guys eat like this all the time? Damn, Flannery is going to have a fine time in N.Y., and thanks for inviting her.

Looks fabulous! I was thinking of doing a butterflied leg of lamb last week. I haven't done one in the Big Green Egg yet. Hmmmmm....might have to run to the store now:)

Next time, call me over. I'll bring the sprig of mint.

If I was a flesh-hound, I would be all over that. It does look quite beautiful though. The presentation is stellar. PG sure knows how to turn a ladel.

Jeez, I hope George doesn't cook like this everyday, or it's Orson Wells-time.
